White Classic.

A card for a young couple. I didn’t know much about the ceremony, as I wasn’t a part of it. So I tried to keep it simple and classic. I found this die cut on TEMU for a few euros. I used some silver glitter paper to add sparkle. It reminded me of the bride. She is a young and beautiful soul I’ve known for many years. This gave some character to the card. I love the Scrabble(TM)-like letters, just to add some fun. I used an old, white, simple envelope from my stash. I decorated it with die cuts of the same silver glitter paper and handwritten names. A few lines and a little heart to distract from the tilted line! It’s not the absolute best, but it’s done, and it was appreciated. It was made with a lot of love and my best wishes for their future.

A card is appreciated because it says, ‘I took the time to search for something special for you.’ It acknowledges your special day.

A handmade card means so much more. It requires the thought, the project, and the research of the material, as well as creativity and hard work. Maybe you don’t like the card itself. But you are moved by the time somebody took just for you. It tells you how special you are.
